Lol, very delayed response from me I was never against paying for the xtra 100 hours, as long as the PLUS 100 Hrs was the remedy to issue I have with the current "rolling" system then fk it lol

If I was refunded for everytime I MADE A MISTAKE due to a lack of sufficient elaborations for whatever service i was using, or for the times RuneMate jammed up on me I'd prolly get to bot all night ;)

How long does it "normally" take to adjust a program?(or whatever the client is) I'm sure it will be up and running soon enuf. Must be nice, for the people profitting off of RuneMate's services. Nice in the sense of, when the client is down, you only miss out on payments during downttime. I...

Nah, going to 0 is way better for the consumer. because what your suggesting isnt how it works. you have to wait the entire month before you start getting rollback hours to begin with. it's way more restrictive

it literally can take an extra month before i get all my hours back

so why is this method used over a 200 a month like every other service i've ever used? i'm so confused as to who benefits from this system who would come up with this because i am completely ignorant to this concept

I WAS OUT OF HOURS ON THE SECOND OF FEBRUARY. On the second of February i attempted to start a bot and received the message telling me i was out of hours. I checked the link on the 2nd day of February, and it took me to a page telling me the hours i have used since January 3rd(200/200) 6 days...

My botting hours were exceeded on the 2nd of Febuarary and they were due for reset on the 3rd. So how was i botting yesterday and today if my hours were up and now all of a sudden i've done 200 hours in the last two days?

I have't found another way to add credits to my account other than doing so thru the RuneMate Client in the top righthand corner. Once I click on the Wallet icon inside the RuneMate Client it redirects me to a RuneMate url that's Blank except for the message, "You must be logged-in to do that"...
