As posted on Discord, you've made this situation worse for yourself by having multiple RuneMate accounts. Hours usage combines across all accounts. Pick one RuneMate account, stick to that, and upgrade only that one to a Supporter payment of $3.00 or greater to receive increased hours allowance.

Not possible to purchase Supporter using RuneMate credits. PayPal should still let you sign up to a subscription if you don't have a PayPal account though, so not sure what's stopping you?
