So if I'm running two accounts at one time, will it deduct 2 hours every single hour from the hours allocated by supporter? Or is it based upon the Runemate client itself? Will each individual Runescape account eat an individual hour while running?

Just hop into it and mess with it until you get familiar with the API, it's not any harder than anything else, just looks overwhelming at first until you start doing stuff with it.

If your only goal is mass botting, build a server with a used Xeon.

It sometimes has issues missclicking the "Use" option during it's attempt to drop the logs while using powerchop. It seems to not recognize that it is using the log and gets stuck with the log selected for use. @Bertrand

When I farmed with VMWare I used a modified Windows 7 and required about 2 GB, but this was before the optimizations so you can probably get away with the same. Also that Taru avatar is pimp.

Why not just use Proxifier?

They aren't working with banking on either Edgeville or NE Grand Exchange in OSRS, it's currently walking to the tree area and acting as if it hasn't discovered any trees nearby. If you need an account for testing it I can supply one. @Aidden

I didn't even test the power chop function, interesting bug.

I don't believe Pi Chopper works currently until client update and MaxiWoodcutter has issues with chopping Yews atleast for me. But every other tree I've tried has worked fine. However they're both authored by some of the top people on the site so be patient and it'll get there soon. :)
