    If it asks for a one time password, but it does not tell you that it has emailed you one, then I'm sorry to say but you are misremembering. You definitely set up an app authenticator.

    There is a delay in PayPal's processing of the payment. Once it clears you will be automatically credited. We appreciate your patience!

    Can you try disabling your antivirus and/or Windows Defender and trying again?
