The timer displayed on the bot was likely a minute or two behind the real server-recorded session start, so when you stopped it when the timer said 59:59, it was actually more like 1:01:59. I would encourage just botting as you normally would, not sweating the extra few cents here or there, but...

@rin hoshi this looks like a network firewall issue. Do you have any other antivirus or firewall software running on your computer? If so, you should try setting an exception for RuneMate or temporarily disabling it to see if that resolves it. As you can imagine, there is only so much we can do...

If you get the error code 831468 when starting a bot, Windows Defender may have quarantined one of our files (this is normal). Add an exclusion for RuneMate in Windows Defender and then restart your computer.

Considering I have not seen any support threads with a description of the issue and logs attached I have to assume RuneMate is working perfectly for you. :)

Yes it is most likely a firewall/antivirus or browser settings issue. Can you copy paste the URL it tries to open?

Thank you for the log. It helped us identify the issue. The download is timing out because of a slow internet speed. We have increased the timeout to help with this and the fix will be in the next version of RuneMate, v4.0.19. We will try to get that released for you today.

This is specific to the bot you are using. Please contact the Bot Author and/or post in the bot's corresponding support thread.

We didn't include it in the initial release, because we have big plans for player analytics and hiscores but it will take us a while to get there. In the short term we are implementing a way for users to see their free bot usage so they know when they are running out.
