You're just not entering the correct account credentials. Check caps lock, maybe copy paste it in, the usual stuff. If it's still not working you can always reset your password @ Lost Password | Community | RuneMate.

We just pushed out an update that should hopefully address this. Please restart RuneMate and let us know if the problem persists. Thanks for the report and your patience. :)

The fix is to just uninstall RuneMate from Control Panel in Windows and then reinstall from the latest installer on Download | RuneMate.

An update is being worked on and should be out soon. Thank you for your patience and we hope the new features will be worth the wait. ;)

The leading theory is that it is a false positive caused by a bad Windows Defender update for this particular detection type that went out this week. Other legitimate software, like CrystalDiskMark, is also being flagged and someone even got it to, allegedly, flag a couple of jpg pictures (!)...

Any chance you manually deleted the C://Program Files (x86)/RuneMate or C://Program Files/RuneMate folder? Can you share if either of those directories exist on your machine and a screenshot of their contents? If they don't exist you will likely have to manually remove the program from the...
