The Osrs client works fine but when I load the rs3 client it has a lot of lag to the point it takes me 20mins to tele. I'm in legacy mode and everything with lowest graphics and its still crazy laggy

When I used the Rs3 client from the runescape site I can log in and play but when I load the runemate client it freezes and it takes me over 30mins to just type my user name. any ideas
