I get this error launching an instance after an OSRS window is open. I have noticed other threads on this with no resolutions, which is pretty crappy given I have paid for credit and was a supporter. Can we please get some feedback on how to deal with this?

Just keen to make sure I'm no longer getting billed for supporter status; I think I prefer just using credit to use premium bots. Cant find a way to find my billing status to see if it's done, can anyone let me know? Thanks!
