For some reason every time I try to run an instance it says I used 250 hours but that's impossible because I haven't botted nearly that much. Is there any way this can be resolved because this is definitely a mistake.

For the past 2 days everytime I dc and try to reconnect it says runemate is already running on my account when it is not, can someone end my instances on the server or do something havent been able to do anything in almost 2 days
