Would you be able to run runemate on a windows device like a surface pro. Or any windows tablet or phone?

Since the last rs update none of the bots seem to work. Has this issue been resolved or is anyone looking into this? I can get the client to load but all the bots seem to freeze up or get stuck on the first action to move or preform a task. thanks
