I have performed these steps:
Uninstall RuneMate
Uninstall ALL Java installations
Uninstall all RuneScape clients
Delete all of your Jagex Cache
Delete all of your RuneMate cache
Restart computer
Reinstall RuneScape client
Download RuneMate
