Question Who do I reach out to if a refund request is being ignored?
I have an active refund request on a bot usage that wasted some of my credit. It has been opened for around 5 days now with no response. Bug Possible issue with update today?
I tried to use Cuppa Tempoross and once the game starts and the bot starts trying to interact, Runelite loses connection temporarily with game server and then reconnects, and this continues. I have reported this in my refund request to @cuppajava but not sure if it is with his bot or with...- porkymadcow
