I uninstalled all java's and reinstalled Runemate, didn't work. Then I tried installing 32 bit JDK and JRE, and still no go. So I gave up until today and for this solution listed here: Question - Running in 32-bit on a 64-bit system.
Now I am getting an error whenever I select the OSRS client...
