the bot does perfect with setting up but once it starts the dream it doesn't drink prayer pots

I had the 3 dollars a month and used up my 300 hours, I then bought the 12 dollars a month payment and it was going fine for 12 hours then it said I used up all my hours again. I bought a more expensive package and my limit ran out at 12 hours... someone help? is there a moderator that can reset...
