If you have plugins on, I recommend disabling any which might interfere, but also sometimes Runemate can just have trouble hovering small hitboxes so if you're on fixed screen mode it could be worth trying...- cuppajava

Sorry for the delayed reply, just saw this. Personally I wouldn't use this bot on a hcim as it isn't really intended to totally avoid death. You could use helper mode and do it semi manually if you like. Enabling direct input might fix it and personally I always use it. Runemate's default mouse...
