i think its because the bot is set up to kill them with magic since that is what they're weak too, i set up a custom gear set for mine to do dragon tasks, (full bandos dfs and a melee 1hand weapon) it uses that and kills them fine, it does still withdraw runes for spells but doesnt effect how...
