If you can't open 2 clients at once there is something wrong with the game routing its connection. Jagex allows you to run 2 clients at once Maximum. I would recommend uninstalling OSRS and reinstalling it. After you reinstall, Put it on your desktop and login to RuneMate, After you login to...

Did you download any other programs or bots along with RuneMate? Even within the few days you could have been easily inflicted with malware and not known it before you even found RuneMate. I'm just saying keep an open mind I doubt RuneMate would hack accounts

Yeah i’ve seen it happen to many but never have been myself. It was only about 300m rs3 I think me not logging into the account for few days at a time caught up to me

I am having trouble running more than 2 instances. Why can’t I launch a 3rd. It’s bringingvup the unable to load advertisement screen. Assumed it had slmething to do with my connection but I ran 5 runescape clients no problem with any connections. Problem only exists through the client
