Bug FAILED TO LOCATE AN EXISTING CACHE FOR OLDSCHOOL

after finishing all the steps of installation, when i go and click add instance it loads for a few second and gives me error: FAILED TO LOCATE AN EXISTING CACHE FOR OLDSCHOOL
