Stopped out of nowhere after 15 minutes. Could you refund?

Hey! The bot usually runs fine for me, but sometimes it seems to have some issues. It just crashed for some reason, so naturally I would try to start it up again. But when I attempted to start it up I didn't even get to adjust the settings, it crashed before I even got to start it. Logs provided...

If you mean the slider I did set it to the proper amount for my bars. Anyways, the bot stopped after 30 minutes again, I'll attach the log in this post. I started it up again with pretty much the same settings, only difference is the task queue, and it's been running for 6 hrs.

It does heat it for me. I did read it, but I don't think I have them anymore. Had to reinstall RuneMate cause it got all kinds of messed up, and I guess the log files got lost while doing it. But isn't there any sort of failsafe to prevent this? The log did not show anything to my tiny...

Wont click the rift to get rid of memories. When it's done collecting and goes to convert the memories it just stands around. I was trying to convert pale memories in Lumbridge Crater.

Does not work. Stopped as soon as i started it, then again when i tried later, charging me all kinds of money for just stopping. Not cool.
