It doesnt let me, when i right click there is no option to run as admin, and when i open properties the option to toggle to run as admin is greyed out

When I run the legacy runescape installer, mid way through the installation i get the error "The installer has insufficient privileges to access this directory: C:\Program Files (x86)\jagexcache. The installation cannot continue. Log on as administrator or contact your system administrator."...
