To my understanding, yes, any account linked through a Jagex account that is banned will result in the other accounts under the same to receive a ban as well.

Mine seems to have a problem with identifying which wealthy citizens are distracted, while watching I noticed it would pickpocket the undistracted ones and ignore the distracted ones despite the option enabled to only pickpocket distracted ones.

Mine does not seem to be counting any kills or any of the items gained from the crates, it's listing the items just not their quantity.
