i lost my account over it combat level 116, id becareful just started a new one today but havent played in like 6 months beacuse i lost the account

hello, just curious as to why even though i paid for more hours to use the bot its still not letting me use the bot saying that ive reached my limit of 200 botting hours, also on the website its saying i only used 140 hours. if i could please have this fixed id appreciate it
