It can be the first attack after swap. It's a pretty common thing to happen when watching the bot.

Great bot, but the way it does prayers seems off. The bot starts ranged/mage combat with protect from melee while not in melee range and it takes free damage/looks pretty sus to do that, and doesn't seem to understand that falling boulders = gorilla can only be ranged/mage and won't swap off...
