yes, 100% sure. Yes the fletching knife is in the intentory, otherwise it would not be able to make too many staffs wouldn't it?:P It worked for a while, but because the fletching rate of the fletching knife is faster, it makes too many staffs before it arrives at the next totem, so in the end...
