Yeah i got exact the same problem tried alot ... Just can't get it fixed. Tried deleting all the JRE in my java folder did nothing tried the symlink because my jagexcache is also located on my HDD and (windows is on my SSD) so i made a symlink in my c/users/me/jagexcache still didn't work. So...
