About the 3hr sdk run mode limit, we need to become a bot autho to remove the limit. Does publishing a private bot suffice in removing this limit and becoming a "bot author"? Or we do we need to publish a public bot? I have several bots that I'm working on mainly for my own private use, and I'm interested in releasing publicly in the future, but not for awhile, at least until I get back into the scene of things here.
