clicking the minimap to walk to the bruma root instead of just directly clicking the root when it's already visible is strange?

It's actually walking to the safe spot next to the bruma root - If the bot would click on the bruma root directly, it wouldn't end up in the safe spot location.

Edit: I can make it so it uses the viewport to navigate instead of the minimap if that would help?

If you set it to exactly 3 hours, the session time might be slightly ahead so you go into the next hour. I recommend setting it to 02:55 for example, or 02:50 so you won't get charged an additional time.
