I'd like the bot to stop picking up every item other players do not pick up or drop. If there is the same item that I want the bot to pick up, it tries to pick it up left from other players. It's annoying. I should want it to only pick up own drops and not from other players because I play ironman only.

Which bot are you using? you'd be better off posting in the thread for that bot and not the general suggestion forum.
