I purchased 3 slots to run bots simultaneously, but after 1 hour all the bots stop working, claiming they are all full, and I have to wait 15 minutes even though I'm not using the bots; they stop working automatically.

If a RuneMate session ends unexpectedly, or crashes, it can take up to 15 minutes for your session to terminate at RuneMate's servers, during which time you will have to wait before launching additional sessions.
