He will need to remove it..
Image we having 1k+ active members on the board, and everyone spamming it

What would be the benefit of that? then it might be better to make seperate IRC, or chatbox

Maybe they could have a seperate one which bot authors and supporters could use and normal people can't see it. And a separate one for normal people which only shows the thread that is replied?

Very well, but I would keep the component of showing recently placed posts somewhere on the main page. And if that is going to be the case, my suggestion is still standing.
