I would like my supporter subscription cancelled please; it is renewing every month.

I do not have a paypal account and paid as a guest.

The instructions say to email the address on the PayPal receipt, but I do not receive a receipt from PayPal just from runemate.

Check your email history for a receipt from PayPal and contact the email address shown there.
