If I understand the current system correctly:
At the present, the first user to use a network has his total botting hours consumed by any users who have used RM on that network.
I suggest changing the system so that only the 200 free hours/month are shared across the users of a shared network. Once the 200 hours have been used, the user's paid hours are then consumed as usual. If a user of the network does not have any paid hours remaining, they get the usual message telling them that they're out of hours.
The purpose of this change is to prevent VPN users from being screwed over by other users of that network and to make using RM easier for multiple botters in the same household, while preventing multi-account abuse like the original system already does.
