hello I have upgraded to 300 hour a month but its been over a month now and the limit still hasn't reset any suggestions? thanks

Usage is on a rolling period.

If you have 200 hours January 1st, use 5 hours Jan 2nd, 7 hours Jan 3rd and buy 100 more hours Jan 4th, you will regain 5 hours Feb 2nd, 7 hours Feb 3rd and the 100 extra hours will expire Feb 4th
