I'm looking at making some rarer account builds to sell since I can make more money when straying away from your typical builds and I came across this;

It's an ironman with 77 Runecrafting, 1 combat/mage/range xp or even any mining xp. I'm stumped how he would have gotten the runecrafting levels without leveling anything else, it looks like he's just stolen cakes, leveled agility then onto runecrafting. How has he completed this on an ironman?
Actually I think i've figured it out, he might be using Kourend libary for the XP. It can achieve 25k-45k xp per hour which is pretty decent.
