I have tried multiple different fixes from the forums and online. I have my firewall and anti virus disabled uninstalled and reinstalled several times. but when i attempt to run a bot i get the same error message. " Failed to start session because of a ConnectIOException. If anyone could lend me some wisdom would be greatly appreciated.

any help for this or you just take peoples money and not provide support? if i haven't provided information that is needed please let me know?
