Summary: Start out by going to the Wine Shop at Draynor Village or Bandit Duty Free on the wilderness if you want cheaper but riskier empty jug packs, once you got enough empty jugs notes, go to the north west of Falador and deposit it in the bank, then take out a full inventory and go to the water source just beside the hairdresser to fill it, then return to the bank and repeat the process
