Screenshot <- java version / sys info

Screenshot <- error i am receiving pops up when trying to run runemate setup and downloading java
i have tried multiple different java versions and updated my direct x which were both "fixes" from what i have been told but the error still persists

when i close the error it says could not use bundled jre

anyone who can help it is appreciated im sorry that all i know about this. also thank you for taking time to look at this post
