Bug RuneMate stops detecting client as soon as I download JRE and JDK

I deleted everything related to Java / RuneMate / RS and re-downloaded RuneMate and the OSRS client. I let RuneMate install its own JRE and it detects the OSRS client fine, but when I download JRE x86 and JDK x86 so I can run IntelliJ and local bots, it stops detecting my client. What am I supposed to do here?
