i upgraded my account to get more hours monthly, does it start on next month?

It should only take the time to process the payment. In most cases it's instant but sometimes PayPal will hold the money to confirm the payment. Give it a day or so.

Are you also sure you haven't bought premium credits instead of more hours?

i bought more hours, in paypal it says activate, money has been added from my bank account, but i didnt recieve any hours here,,,
 
but yeah. lets wait a day
