Hello I have noticed when I use a premium bot runemate charges 2x the hours I use the bot ........Eg I used motherload bot for 1 hour it charged me for 2 also last nigh I used prime nmz for about 4 hrs and 22 mins but it charged me for 10 . What the hells going on . Can some on help me

You marked this as resolved and from your pm I sound like this is a problem with the bots I used , so I have messaged the authors in hopes of fixing it.

Just to make it clear. Bot authors are not the ones who charge the users. The system is runemate's, so if no errors happened bot side, it was either you or the system. (Most likely you, but i dont know as I havent had any issues)

But the problem defo no from my end cause I ran the instance once on both bots .... has to be the runemate charge system hope arbiter fixed this shit

If you have proof it's a bot issue then it's different.

IMPORTANT
Bot times that are shown in bots may be a few seconds behind the actual time runemate uses. So id suggest if this happens often to give the bot a bit less than an hour.

Yeah why did it happen for prim nmz when tht was ran for only 4 and half hours but still got dubble charged
