I've been trying to work out the days and times Jagex go in and manually check areas, I've been able to make a simple bot that can avoid the automatic banning system even run 24/7 however one look at the accounts by a staff member and they will be banned, mainly because I'm running it 24/7, avoiding logout by world switches. I live in the UK which is convenient so they certainly work atleast 9am-5pm Monday to Friday, I've had manual bans on Saturdays during these times too.

Does anyone have any data on times they've been banned by Jagex? (UK time) Anyone know if they work Sundays? Also anyone know if they only tend to ban based on live bots or other data?
