General question to see if I should start a shop or not, would you pay for an account that is minimum in each level but has all F2P quests complete? And also some that have NMZ requirements done etc?

I'd also consider accounts that are non-email registered.

I'm not, no. However, back to the original point, do you think there would be interest for them?

I think the major cause of concern with this is that e-mail accounts can ALWAYS be recalled and Jagex doesn't have the CS staff in play to help a buyer in this scenario (Unlike Blizzard where you can fight to get an account back with adequate credentials). It's probably a better move on the buyer to use their own e-mail that they personally created than to risk a recall.

&& To keep my message clear and precise, I'm not accusing you of recalling clients' accounts or anything but just keep in mind the mentality of the buyer and the risks that come along with it.

Email is provided with the account, if that gives customers a bit more peace of mind.

IMO for this sales model to work you'd need your customers to provide you with an e-mail that they created and you just do the quoted quests which then begs the question what's cheaper? Your service of getting a character from 3 to X with all Free members done or someone botting their stats to what they need to be and getting a questing service to complete the same work.
