It does pick up the javelin heads. If it is the javelin shafts you want it to pick up, you will need to specify your own custom loot ignore list and don't add shafts to that list. It is in 'Miscellaneous Settings'

need to add an option when using magic attack style casting the demon bane spell to have it cast mark of darkness for the extra dmg and accuracy if possible

Overall great bot. Did a whole task without any issues. The only thing I would add is the option to pray at home altar between trips to save a few prayer pots.
