Just a small guide on how to use proxies with Spectre. I literally just learned how to do this so if it's wrong, please correct me.

    1. Press WIN + R to open up the Run window. Paste "%userprofile%\jagexcache\jagexlauncher\" (no quotes). This should bring up a folder which contains folders for the game version you use, like "oldschool".
    2. Copy and paste the game version folder, in my case "oldschool", rename it to whatever you like.
    3. Open the new folder and rename "oldschool.prm" to something else, like "oldschoolproxy.prm"
    4. Right-click the renamed .prm file and choose edit.
    5. Paste the code specified below above "jagexappletviewer" in the file (not sure if placement matters, anyway).

    -Dhttp.proxyHost=www-proxy.your.uni.edu
    -Dhttp.proxyPort=12345

    6. Change the proxy details to match with yours and save the file.
    7. Find your shortcut to the game, probably on your desktop. If you don't have one, make one.
    8. Copy and paste the shortcut, rename it to something so you know it's for the proxied game client.
    9. Right-click the new shortcut and click Properties.
    10. In the Target field you change the text at the end, in OSRS's case it's "oldschool" to whatever you renamed the .prm file to before, in this case "oldschoolproxy".

Now when you open the new shortcut you should have a proxied game client. To test if it works you change your proxy details to something that shouldn't work and see if the client connects at all. If it doesn't you know you've followed the steps correctly and you can change back the proxy details so it works.

Please correct me if I got something wrong, thanks.

Is this still working because when I look at the properties for my runemate shortcut it comes up with

    "C:\Program Files (x86)\RuneMate\RuneMate.exe"

and doesnt have the oldschool.prm file so I don't know how to use the new proxy settings

If im allowed to post proxies. I have about 300 that I've got laying around haha, I'll use my checker to see ones that are working and I can give them out if I am allowed. Or i can do it privately.
