It's built into the client, and can only be disabled with an override by authors. All bots on the bot store are mandated to use clouse.

Thanks for the information I didnt know that. So if I use the good bots I will automaticly use clouse.

Any bot that is available from the button labeled "Bot Store" uses clouse. No exceptions.
