Paid 2 Dollars for i think it was 200 hours and i have the transaction on pay pal and it says sent but i have not received my points

A $2.00 payment will only grant you supporter status. It will not increase your hours limit.

This is made very clear in the FAQ and the upgrade page.

If your supporter upgrade has still not activated, then your payment must still be processing with your bank and/or PayPal.

Correct. You get 200 hours of time, which you also get as a free user. It says nowhere that you get an ADDITIONAL 200 hours of time. Like mentioned above, FAQ.
