Its saying i used my weekly allouance? what is that, my account says i have 318 hours of bot time remaining.

Also, how can i get a refund? I didnt want to get the sponsor package. Is there a way to refund that?

You must be using premium bots try a free one

most likely not you get what you pay for

If you used up your hours and just bought some more wait for someone to get on and help you with it is all i can suggest

no i have money for premium bots as well. but i was trying to use a free bot and it said i only have 1 hour a week. not sure what that means. super weird. thanks, ill try again.

i wouldnt have spent money like that on this site i just found out they really take the hours away you buy unless you subscribe im now at -95 hours because of there greedy hour system GF runemate wont be botting with them for awhile now

This is a limitation on a free bot then by the sounds of it. Bot authors can limit how many hours a day/week/month users can use their bot(s).

We cannot give you a refund for what you upgraded your account to. If you do not want to continue as a sponsor, simply cancel your recurring subscription from within your PayPal account.

Please note if you attempt to chargeback the funds, your RuneMate account will be automatically banned.

it was due to a free bot. i had never seen that message before. did some testing and found that out. thanks for the help!!
