Hey! When a brazier breaks down, could make it so the bot waits for a few seconds instead of immediately running to another bracier? This way another player will fix the bracier, and the bot doesn't have to start running to the other side like an idiot, its both suspicious and unnecessary.

Totally agreed lol. Like analyse how many players are around the brazier to light it before running like a bot. No human player would do that. And also, after 500 points do chop and burn :):):). Not just fletch, chop and burn.

Do you mean when the mage dies?

And I don't plan to implement the 500pt threshold, it would be hard to do with how I've programmed the bot.

Yeah when mage dies, so maybe give a 3-5 second delay. Normally the players already light the brazier. It's alright on the 500 pt. But I want to get more points in Tithe Farm. Aka when are you releasing it bruhhh it's been 2 weeks.

It's in Q. I ran for about 8 hours yesterday without encountering a bug so I think it's ready for release :)

On a wintertodt-related note, I'll make the bot wait to see if the mage gets healed or not before it runs to the other side. Good suggestion.

Often after using the first inventory of bruma kindlings the bot wants to chop more (obviously) but it often right clicks alot of people on the spot it wants to stand on and just goes stuck until you manually move the mouse (havent waited for long since i always monitor the bot while playing other games) otherwise its a really good script bot and its not a problem for me, just wanted to let u know :)

Thank you, I think this issue may have been masked on my account since I frequently have to eat food, which moves the mouse from the menu and closes it. I'll look into this issue.

The bot is no longer counting any exp gained which makes the bot crash after 20 minutes

Hey @Snufalufugus , I am unsure what happened but bot stopped at 1 Minute 47 Seconds mark. Been running fine for a few days.Logs and pictures are attached (You can see 0 exp given for FM and Fletching since it was wc-ing at that point). Do refund mate. Appreciate it.

Here is another stoppage of your bot, using Regal Thieving. Regal Thieving.

How is this a client issue? And may I know why did you not update us customers on Runemate having an issue?

Because the issue is caused by runemate, and because it's not my responsibility to do so.

The hour system is designed so that if you're unhappy with a bots performance, you can stop using the bot without losing a significant amount of money. I understand you may feel it's unfair, but I honestly just can't be bothered refunding all the time. If you feel my bots are worth using, I would be glad to have you as a customer. If you feel they aren't worth the price, I encourage you to exercise your option to not use them.

I've sent you $0.25 to cover any outstanding refunds you may want, but from this point forward don't expect refunds to be provided.

I appreciate your sending the $0.25 refund, but I just want the credits from the hours your bots are bugged refunded. We need to do the proper way, not "fuck it whatever here's $0.25 so I can wash my hands up as a dev and you customers don't complain". There are no codes of conduct for developer to show to customers what are their responsibilities listed here, leaving the customer clueless and helpless on why is there an issue. Why you're always sending refunds is because when we customers complain, we want our money worth as much as you want your money worth.

Even so, you need to tell your customers there's an issue. I am disappointed by your service threatening your customers "moving forward, don't expect refunds". You said that the "pay per hour" model allows customers to leave whenever they want after a bot fails. Is that how you run a business, regardless if it's part time you're doing?
So are you implying for example there's a bug in your bots in the near future, we customers don't get a refund at all? Think about @Snufalufugus , thanks.

I'll be a bit more direct. to ensure there is no confusion This is a fun side hobby for me, and giving constant refunds makes it not fun. I don't mind giving out occasional refunds to people who tried the bot once and decided they didn't like it, but in your case, you are using the bots regularly and expecting refunds on a regular basis to go along with that. I am telling you that from this point forward, I will not provide refunds to you for a bot you have been refunded for in the past. It's not a threat, I am informing you on what to expect so that you don't experience more frustration going forward. If you feel that the bots I provide aren't worth paying for, do not use them. If you like the bots and want to continue using them, consider it part of the price you're paying.

I am regularly using them and only ask for a refund when there's a bug. I don't ask refund for the hell of it, that's fucked up for the dev. You can check my transaction history, I have used 40 hours ++ for your Wintertodt bot and 20 hours++ on yoru Thieving bot. I don't want a few cents AIO refund from you, all I want is you respecting your customer, so if it got bugged, kindly refund and that's all. You are treating your customer like a foolish puppet. I was impressed by your bots but wow, now you really wash your hands which I did not expect. So again, how is me asking refund from bugged instances of your bot is "on a regular basis"?
