So, I made up a payment at 22 feb in the amount of $4, that granted me 600 hours in total.
But now, 25 feb ,it says that I only have more 80 hours left, and thats not true, cause I just use 20-25 hours of botting per day, and from 22 feb - to 25 feb its been just 03 days(75 hours at max).
Can someone help me to recover my hours please?

02 accounts, but I used only 12-15 hours(a max of 30 hours) per account/per day; so it is impossible. Its the 1st time that happens something like that, I use this bot for almost a year by now and it never happened. I can ensure you that it is not right, cause I didnt use this quantity of hours yet. What can u guys do about it?

Already did that.
But the Services page shows exactly what I told u guys. That since 22 feb to 25 feb I used a max of 80 hours. There is no way that I have used a total amount of 400 hours in 03 days.
 
I made the payment of 4$, is it possible that the first 2$ went to the "Supporter Rank" and the other 2$ for the hours itself? So, it would be reasonable, cause I would have only 200 hours.

okay, I'm having the same exact problem here, except I'm a free member, so I get 200 hours, but ive only used 21 hours, but when I try to start a bot it says I ran out of hours, and I check my usage and it says I have 179 hours left
