I have been using Runemate for 2 weeks now. Boting only one account mainly(Maybe 5 hours tops on main acc) The bot has worked great with some scripts.

BUT.....

Somehow I have reached my maximum of 200 hours in less than 2 weeks.

1. If my account has been botting for over 150 hours in 2 weeks, I would be banned.
2. If this bot can't accurately keep track of time up to 200 hours. What on earth would make me get out my debit card and pay for more time?
3. I noticed the admins on this forum give 0 help in regards to seeking a solution for a user and providing good costumer service.

2. Are you sure you are running 1bot on your IP? (take other pc's / accounts / or multiple bots on 1 pc in account)

You use an hour every time you start a bot, regardless of if you use it for 10 seconds or 59 minutes.

Creating multiple RuneMate accounts to attempt to get around the hours limit is against our rules and will not work.

As clearly stated in the FAQ thread, multiple accounts under the same IP address will combine hours.
